Cupping, Gua-sha et Moxibustion |
Principles of the following three therapeutic measures are the same as with Shiatsu, to bring Yin and Yang into harmony, improve harmony within the organism and fortify vital energy.
Cupping
A traditional folk medicine practice used within almost every culture. Even today cupping is a household remedy for many disorders.
Fields of application: general pain syndromes, hypertension, rheumatism, digestive system disorders or colds.

Gua-Sha
Body scraping or rubbing method, a household and folk medicine. Scraping (Gua) along the meridian results in a strong blood circulation and releases the congestion (Sha) and energy (Ki) of the blood. Thereby patients feel immediately alleviation and change. The locally produced "blood siasis" disappears within two to four days.
Fields of application: cold, fever, cough, muscle tension, weak circulation, migraine, back, neck and headaches

Moxibustion - Moxa
A thermo therapy with a calming effect. Moxa warms and moves Ki and blood, helps with asthenia and anaemia and fortifies the body's vital function.
